How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We will ship your order out the following business day. Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US may take 5-10 business days. International orders may take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the final destination and customs processing.
What shipping method do you use?
We try to keep costs down as much as possible for our customers. Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button for a more accurate shipping estimate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs vary. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

How do I know what size shirt to order?
You can check our sizing chart which is located at the top of our webpage. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.
How can I find out about new designs or PaperTrail updates?
Follow us on Twitter, Facebook or keep tabs on our Blog. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.
How should I wash and dry my shirts?
Keeping your shirts feeling and fitting like new can be a tough task. We recommend that you wash your shirts on cold inside out and either tumble dry on low or hang dry to avoid any shrinking of the tee.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or direct payments through PayPal.
What is your return policy?
Customer service is a top priority for us. We want to make sure everyone has a great experience with our brand. Notice must be given to us within 48 hours for any problems or concerns with merchandise. In general, unworn/unwashed items can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.

Is your store secure?
Absolutely! Our site does not store any of your personal information, in fact the only time you are required to input any of your personal / payment information is on PayPal's website. PayPal handles all of our transactions. PayPal uses SSL technology to encrypt and keep all of your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we do not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from your store?
No. We understand that not everyone has a PayPal account. PayPal allows individuals to use their service without being a member. Please make sure to provide proper shipping information since we use PayPal to help organize our shipments.
